Case Are residenza is situated in the wide naturalistic context of Valle Vecchia Caorle, commonly well-known as Brussa.
Since ’60, an abandoned, unhealthy and marshy area is transformed to a meeting place for families and nature lovers; in this way a land reclamation is started, improving all the littoral. Thanks to reclamation, there are several different environmental situations in Brussa, such as sandy dunes, saltmarshes and pinery among cultivated areas. This complex environment causes plenty of various vegetable and animal species.

Enviromentalist people and nature lovers take care of this variety of environments, flora and fauna, maintaining Brussa an atypical place, different from the other seaside resorts of Venice province.
Since few years, European Union takes a great interest in Brussa uncontaminated environment, recognizing it as an important community site, appropriating funds for projects about nature protection, giving it a new name: the Valle Vecchia.
