1. Booking
The booking is confirmed only if the "confirmatory letter"
has been received. Case Are residenza will send the confirmatory
letter after having received the deposit, that must be not inferior
to 30% of the rent of lease.
Case Are residenza may refuse deposit arrived after fifteen days
from the communication of the availability of the apartment for
the demanded period.
2. Payment
The rent must be poured at the arrival (advanced payment), deducted
the deposit already poured, contextually to the withdrawal of the
apartment keys. The modality of payment must be cash, travel checks
or credit card certified checks.
3. Notice
In case of given notice the deposit will not be refunded.
The reservation may be canceled only four weeks before the stay
beginning.
No reimburses will take place in case of anticipated departures
or delays in arriving.
4. Arrival
The arrival must happen in the established day, between 16:00 PM
and 18:00 PM (attention to the daylight-saving time).
Case Are residenza must be adviced timely in case of delay. Otherwise
the apartment will be available only for another day.
At the arrival all the people that will use the apartment must serve
identity documents for the registration.
5. Stay rules
It is prohibited to accommodate a number of people greater than
the one indicated in our offer.
Children are seen like adults. Animals are not admitted. Stoves
and electrical workers cannot be used.
All people must respect the rules, in particular do not disturb
the peace during the afternoon and the night.
it is forbidden throwning objects in the drainages of WC, shower,
etc, especially the sand of the beach. Eventual cleaning of the
drainages will be made at expens of the customer.
6. Apartment furnishings
All the apartments are furnished, supplied of stove or gas kitchen,
microwave oven, refrigerator, television, pots, plates, glasses,
warm and cold water, electric power 220 volt. For any person are
available a blanket and a pillow, bed and bath linen.
7. Departure
The apartment must be freed before the 10:00 AM in the established
day.
Departure must happen during office hours in order to control possible
damages and the state of cleaning.
Case Are residenza may authorize the departure during the night
or not in office hours: in this case the deposit will be withheld
and sent for mail only after the normal controls.
The apartment must be left in order and free from refusals, the
refrigerator must be empty, the pottery washed, the kitchen perfectly
cleaned.
8. Caution Money
The customer commits itself to having cure of the apartment and
of all the domestic equipments. Claims that regard the apartment
or its equipments are accepted until 24 hours after the arrival.
Eventual damages must be recoup at the price-list. In order to guarantee
this and the cleaning of the apartment, Case Are residenza may ask
a bail of 100,00 EUR when the customer takes the keys. This bail
will be given back after the control of the state of the apartment.
9. Particular rules
In unexpected case during the allocation of the apartment, Case
Are residenza can replace the apartment with another one with similar
characteristics (greater expenses do not raise the price to the
customer). The request of a particular apartment (number, plan,
guideline, etc) will be considered but not guaranteed. The description
of the furnishing seen in the catalogue may have variations in exceptional
case. Case Are residenza informs that authorized staff may enter
in the apartments for eventual repairs or maintenances also in customers
absence.
